What People Are Saying
from Google"We got the salmon maki roll, tuna maki roll, and the teriyaki chicken. Firstly, the presentation of the sushi was not great and the fish had a lot of skin on it. Sushi is an art and should be presented well and thoroughly. Secondly, both soy sauces on the table tasted awful. I’m not sure if they had gone bad or something, but they ruined the taste of the food. The teriyaki chicken was not seasoned well, but its portion was generous. The food didn’t feel very fresh overall. And the service was not friendly nor welcoming. In summary, a very mundane (and slightly disappointing) dinner."
"The quality of the sushi was delicious and tasted fresh. Lovely view of the Harbor, quick service and reasonable prices."
"Had the salmon and fish roe nigiri as apps. It was fresh and succulent, delicious indeed. Their chewy noodle special with pork belly was spectacular, would highly recommend. Small ish inside but have outside seating when weather allows. Quaint and pleasant experience."
"BEST Japanese food as you’re going in Baltimore. Hat tip to the chefs. Lovely little special place in Fells. The Yakisoba noodles never disappoint and the shiitake roll is perfection. The fried oysters 🦪 made for a great winter appetizer."
"I've been coming to Nanami for over 10 years and absolutely love it here! This past time I only had time to grab take out and they still did not disappoint. Great rolls! Very happy :)"
