"This store on Levels Rd in Middletown,Del was disgustingly filthy t/o but the bathrooms were the absolute worse & the staff didn’t care & was annoyed by my verbally stating so. There was “0” toilet paper in neither of the 2 toilets in both the men’s & ladies bathrooms. The manager finally came with one huge roll that is typically installed in tge holders… he laid in on top without installing & just glared at me. No one working there cared one little bit. "I wish they didn't count potatoes wedges, but this cook today did give me an extra wing since they were all super small. That was nice. Food was good but cold though. I couldn't scan my receipts after purchase (with the app) to add points not could I enter my number at the register."

"Went to Royal Farms in Virginia Beach Norfolk just to get some gas and get some potato wedges and some chicken tenders. Went home next day. Check my account balancing out my bank account found that Royal farm had charged me twice. Luckily I kept my receipt. I called mind you I live in a different state. They told me I had to come in and get a refund or it was my lost. They were not going to put it back on my credit card. This is the type of people you’re dealing with at Royal Farms. No, I do not recommend anyone to use a credit card at Royal Farms. Hell that chicken was dry and their potato wedges were cold. Don’t recommend that place."

"Terrible customer service. They're constantly pushing us away. I don't recommend going there. The food isn't that good. There are rotten bits. This churros are expired. There are some sodas that are really expired. I haven't had a good time in over a year."
