First of all, I love the mission of Zoe's, and how they set an example of how to be inclusive and accessible - it is the kind of business that everyone wants to support. Second of all, their baked goods are amazing! We had the key lime pie and an oreo cupcake, and both were huge hits. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the decorations were very fun! Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything about this shop is great! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stopped in over the weekend after the window art caught our eye leaving another establishment. I am so glad we stopped in for some treats! We were warmly greeted and offered samples. The Reese brownie is awesome! My husband and son loved the cherry tart and chocolate chip cookie. There is plenty of seating inside to enjoy your treats. They also serve coffee and smoothies - which we will try next time!"

"First, I would like to commend this shop on their awesome customer service. From people who answer the phone to those in the shop-amazing. I was on the hunt for some cupcakes, and my usual go-to spot was closed. Upon seeing the amazing reviews, I decided to give Zoe's a try. Annnnnnddddd, never again. For cupcakes, at least. They were dense, hard, and pretty much inedible. I purchased the lemon-hard as a rock. Could not have been made this week. Then I tried the vanilla, probably made 4 days ago. Red velvet, how you get that wrong. Like how?! And the mocha, I'll give that two stars for flavor. Overall, it's like someone made dough and then sprinkled sugar all over it."

"💎 Hidden Gem Alert 💎 Charles Street has some new confectionary class! I literally discovered this place as a one off on my way downtown One Sunday afternoon. Let’s talk about what we have here: I ordered a couple of items and we’ll discuss the brownies and cupcakes for this review. The peanut butter Reesie crumb Chocolate brownie was a scrumptious delight. Surprisingly, it wasn’t overpowering with sugar and was dense, but not oily. The cupcake was chocolate by design. I wish there was a finishing essence for it such as espresso powder. I think that would have completed the overall taste profile fully. Nevertheless, it was well balanced with the chocolate ganache piping, adding the balance of moistness needed to complement the very cake-like presentation of the dessert. Poorly constructed desserts only leave room for mask consumption, like store-bought cookies in a bag. These were filling, and satisfying. The freshness of all of these products is a MAJOR stand-out. There is a full scale bakery operation just 20 feet from the display counters. I got some free brownie samples and was not only greeted when I first walked in, but also upon leaving one of the employees said - thank you for coming in.
