It’s mad dark inside and the vibes are off. Don’t go. Go to another GongCha because this one isn’t it. Rude worker."

"When first coming into this establishment, everything was clean and organized with multiple areas to sit. I got 3 drinks: strawberry ice smoothie, honeydew and winter melon milk tea. The boba pearls aren’t soft compared to the other Gongcha establishments. The staff were nice and kind at least."

"Placed an online order and specified "no ice". Both drinks had extra ice. Love the bubble tea and all the options available usually, but there was not a single customer in the shop when I went in and they still didn't get the order right. The bubble tea itself tastes great and I love that you can pick sweetness levels. The customer service here is also odd; every single time I've gone in, I've been ignored by the staff even if there is no one else in the shop, and I've had to pester them in order to place an order. It always feels like an imposition. It's not enough to put me off coming, but it's not great either. I'd give the tea a 5/5, but the service a 1-2/5."
