"When Tatte first opened their pastries were really good. I’ve been to several locations now and all their pastries are stale or dry without enough filling or flavorless. This is disappointing as the sandwiches and other main options are all consistently pretty good. The staff here"

"I hate to write a bad review because I used to love going to Tatte, but they haven't been doing enough lately. I went there on a lunch date with my kiddo and ordered the tomato and goat cheese scrambled egg plate. The in person menu has no photos like on the website, so I assumed the word "plate" means that it's big enough to be shared and will have some small sides. Alas, I received this sad thing. 1 spoonful of goat cheese and only 4 little tomatoes. It tasted good but wasn't enough to justify the price. However, I also ordered the pistachio latte, which was pretty good and fun to try. I hope they try better next time we come!"

"This place is new and sparkling clean. Very spacious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Free wifi. I usually only get coffee but have had their croissants which are very good. Their food looks delicious. Very friendly staff."

"I recently visited Tatte Bakery in Bethesda Kenwood, and it was exactly the pick-me-up I needed! This spacious bakery provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for meeting friends, colleagues, or spending quality time with family. The selection of pastries was impressive including gluten-free options, which were a delightful surprise. My latte was rich and creamy, and pairing it with the pear tart was a match made in heaven. I highly recommend trying the cherry pistachio tart and the apple pie as well—they're simply delicious! The staff were friendly, attentive, and brought our order right to our table, making us feel well taken care of. The only hiccup was with the clearing staff, who were a bit clumsy, but it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. I can't wait to return!"
