"Such a cute spot! Came here with a friend for the cafe (we live in the area so were not staying in the hotel) and it was so nice! The cafe had reasonably priced coffee and food, and the lobby had so much seating and was overlooking the lake, gorgeous and tranquil. A great spot, will be gatekeeping."

"I’m not sure if she just didn’t want to work or if she was being racist. When I walked in, she was talking to another customer. After that customer left, I was the only one there, but she completely ignored me as if I didn’t exist, even though I stood there for a long time. Her tone was also very unfriendly. When I asked if they had decaf, she sighed and told me they didn’t have decaf espresso. There was no sign anywhere stating that cash wasn’t accepted, but when I tried to pay with cash, she refused to take it. This is my second time staying at this hotel, but because of her, I’ll be leaving with a bad memory."
