"I have bought Baltimore coffee and tea for years since they started the original shop in Timonium. The service in the shop was disappointing. The wait staff did not seem to understand my requests. The decaf versions of the coffee were not as plentiful as the are Timonium or Annapolis (now closed) shop. They do have a coffee card which after so many purchases give you a free pound of coffee. I didn't realize until I had gotten home that the wait staff did not take the full value of a pound of coffee off of my bill. The cost of coffee beans is quite expensive compared to other brands. Since I enjoy flavored coffee, and prefer to drink half calf, I really like the fact that they have so many varieties to choose from. However, compared to most other brands, you must use more coffee to obtain the same strength. The coffee is available in whole bean or ground to order. The coffee is smooth and has a great flavor Although I did not order any food, food is available for purchase. Tables are available for customers to sit and enjoy food or their beverage. Free parking is available at this location in Frederick."
