At this branch, I had a great experience with a young Asian woman who wears glasses—she was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and made me feel welcomed. The bubble tea was delicious, and the food portions were generous and perfectly crispy."

"Google shows that this location closes at 7:30 PM, which is the time I planned my visit around. When I arrived at 7:17 PM, I was told the kitchen closes 10 minutes before closing time and that everything had already been cleaned, so no food could be made. That effectively means you stop serving customers before 7:20 PM, while still advertising a 7:30 PM closing time. This is very misleading and a frustrating experience for customers who make the trip based on the posted hours. If you want to close early or allow staff to leave earlier, then your business hours should be updated accordingly. Customers should not have to guess the “real” closing time. This isn’t about the food — it’s about basic transparency with your business hours. Very disappointing experience!"
