"When a business charges you a premium rate for their product or service its like an unspoken agreement saying "You pay a premium, and we will proved a premium product or service." This place however does not abide by that rule. The prices are a premium yet the product and service are both poor. For starters, the service is very inattentive. Me and my son had to wait about 5 minutes at the register to be rung up. No smile, no eye contact or courteous energy. Just "let's get this over with" energy. The food came fast but its understandable why. Orders 2 hot cocoas that were TASTELESS. Breakfast sandwiches that came out not fully cooked or hot. We took the cocoa back and asked for more cocoa to be added. They did so, but it still tasted bland as can be. We cut our losses. Will never go back. I see other negative reviews that are left unresponsive by the company. Shows a lack of care as well. Do better guys."
