I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 14 minutes which was already a long time and it actually took 22 minutes. Suggestion would be if you’re in a hurry choose another Starbucks, if you are not, this is a very nice place."
"I visit this location 5 days a week and more often than not my coffee is just OK BUT on 12/24 there was a young man working at 6:40am alone. He said he was by himself for 20 more minutes. The service was no slower than usual and my coffee was one of the best I've had from there. Kudos to this young man- I wish I'd gotten his name."

They don’t greet you at the transaction window where you give your money, they don’t write nice things on the cup, and they don’t honor their promises. Starbucks is known for their customer service and welcoming atmosphere but NOT THIS ONE."

As someone who has worked for starbucks before it's awful seeing this. Today was my second walking out of this location without ordering. I understand busy but to blatantly be ignored is crazy."
