Staff were friendly. We did have to wait awhile for the food, so give yourself extra time. Unless you're just grabbing a meat pie.."
"My boyfriend and I were spending some time in hagerstown for the day, and we came across this crepe and coffee place and it was a 10/10 in all. They had amazing service from the start with sweet smiles and welcoming energy. I got the strawberry bliss crepe and it was phenomenal! We tried the ice cream as well and it was fresh and delicious. The coffee was as very well made as well :)"
"96 Royal Cream is an amazing new addition to the downtown area. Their food is amazing, the staff is the friendliest you will meet, and the restaurant is so cozy and inviting. Their meat pies, crepes, cupcakes and the cake in a can are all on the top of my list. I'm not a coffee drinker myself but everyone I've talked to loves their coffee as well. From the moment you step in, the ambiance is warm, beautifully decorated, and often accompanied by calming jazz instrumentals—perfect for studying or relaxing. The Americano is bold and energizing, and their crepes—like the chicken pesto—are a perfect balance of hearty and delicate. The husband-and-wife duo running it are amazing. Cedric, a Maryland alum, brings his passion for community and Ugandan farmers to every cup, and Yefon’s warmth and creativity shines in every bite. Plus, the decor—from flower walls to striking art—makes every visit a visual treat. It’s not just coffee spot—it’s a hub for connection. Grateful to have this spot to call my favorite!"
"Came to treat myself to a crepe and cappuccino and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - I sat at the window bar for almost 2 hours working looking out at the city. Great addition to this side of town. They are still in their soft opening phase but I couldn’t tell. 10/10 recommend"
