"We were on our honeymoon and the lady who was doing our flower preservation recommended Silt for coffee and sandwiches. And they did not disappoint. The people working here were extremely friendly and the owner is really amazing! Super sweet and friendly. And on top of it, the food is amazing! We had to come back again because we enjoyed it so much. I had the waffle breakfast sandwich with chicken and the Queen of England coffee, which is caramel and English toffee, normally I'm not a fan of caramel but this was delicious. The sandwich was exquisite!! Husband had the breakfast croissant with chicken and his was amazing as well!! He got the white chocolate raspberry coffee as a frappe and it was really good too!! I cannot recommend this place enough!! Go there!! "

"After living in Hagerstown for a couple of years, I finally started exploring local coffee shops to work remotely—and I’m so glad I found Silt Coffee. This cozy little spot is truly a hidden gem! It’s tucked away with ample parking, which makes it super convenient and keeps you away from the busy road. Inside, there are plenty of seating options, making it a great place to settle in and get some work done. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. After just my second visit, they remembered my go-to order (24 oz cold brew, light on the foam)—which really says something about their attention to customers. There’s a guy (possibly the owner?) who’s always chatting with customers like they're old friends—and the vibe is mutual. You feel like part of the community here. Also, the prices are very reasonable—it's refreshing not to spend $20 on a sandwich and iced coffee. Silt Coffee has definitely become one of my go-to spots.
