The ambiance is vibrant, and they have a great selection of wines and craft beers that complement their unique menu. I started with their Ceviche Classico (Mahi Mahi, Leche de Tigre, Sweet Potato, Crunchy Corn) – absolutely mind-blowing. The flavors were fresh and bold, making it a perfect appetizer. For the main course, I opted for the Aji de Gallina (Creamy Aji Amarillo, Pecans, Fresh Cheese, Chicken Stew, Hard Eggs, White Rice, Olive Aioli), which was the ultimate comfort food – rich, creamy, and satisfying. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a cold draft beer. The ambiance was cozy, the service super friendly, and the food was simply amazing.
