"Their coffee is fine but the shop in Rockville is NEVER opened. They used to have a counter to order a drink and if you liked it you could buy the beans in the same visit. Why are they never open to the public anymore? It's disappointing when we want to support a local business instead of another Starbucks. Oh well I'll take my money elsewhere."

The staff is super friendly and very nice. You can buy beans roasted in many different varieties that the ones you find in store."
