"I purchased a raspberry filled cake for my daughter’s birthday, her favorite. Cake was beautifully decorated, icing was very good but I was so very dissatisfied with the cake itself. It was very dry which disappointed us so much. Now I’m stuck with 3/4 of a cake that no one wants. I’ve had many pastries from here and all so very good but definitely disappointed at the texture of the cake Lot of money to have to toss away 😢"

"Been coming to Stella's for years and have always been pleased with the quality of the cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. However, I felt I had to provide a review after my most recent experience. I purchased a butter cream raspberry cake for my wife's birthday. It was one of the ready-made cakes from under the counter, but cost ~$45. It was a disappointment to say the least. The yellow cake was very dry, as if it were overcooked, stale, or had been frozen and later thawed. This was definitely not the quality I had come to expect from this establisment, and especially at that price. If Stella's wasn't closed I would have returned it that night. Recommend when buying a cake from under the counter, inquire as to when the cake was prepared."

"We usually love this place especially their white/dark chocolate mousse cake. I came on New Year’s Eve because my son was turning 6 and wanted this specific cake. I had called a couple days before and they said they weren’t taking cake orders but people were definitely picking up cake orders. The gentleman who helped me was a bit rude nothing like the women working who seemed very friendly. We go to cut my son’s cake and find a semi big hair deep inside. You would think for charging almost $70 for a cake, they’d wear hair nets. Nobody ended up eating the cake and I’m very tempted to take it back along with the hair that was found . Will not be coming back here."
