"Absolutely amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was on point. The food came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor — way better than I expected. The drinks were perfect too. You could tell the bartenders knew what they were doing. What really made the night stand out was the service, especially from the manager, Israel. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone in management who is that hands-on and welcoming. Whether you’re coming for the food, games, or just a fun night out, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be back and telling my friends to check it out too!"

"The arcade was nice, but the restaurant service was a complete mess. We arrived hungry and both orders were wrong. The server was rude, and when my friend’s order had to be remade, it took another 40 minutes to come out. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. This wasn’t due to being short-staffed either, as there were multiple servers and only a few tables. Do better! 💞"

"The service here is usually a gamble. We went for Super Bowl Sunday and it was actually fairly decent. Our server, Pablo (I believe that’s his name, it was so loud), definitely tried to keep up with the demand. The place was fairly packed during peak game time and it was just busy throughout the dining area. The food was pretty good and didn’t take too long. We tried dining at this location before and it was disappointing. We were seated by the host and the server never came to our table after 20 minutes and we walked out."
