"I really enjoy this restaurant, but the delivery experience is continually disappointing. The food itself is good, but they don’t do enough to ensure orders are properly secured for third-party delivery. My order arrived with items possibly compromised, and it’s because the bag and food containers weren’t fool-proofed before leaving the restaurant (i.e., stapling the bag shut or taping each food container). When customers rely on delivery, restaurants should make sure everything is sealed and protected. I ordered from this restaurant 4 times in the past 2 weeks, and only once was the bag was stapled."
