"I had a very disappointing experience . I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, and when I picked it up, the cake was melted and in poor condition. I immediately tried to contact the manager — he answered at first and said he would call me back, but after that, he completely ignored my calls. It was very frustrating and upsetting, especially for such an important occasion. I expected better quality and customer service from this bakery. I would not recommend this place based on my experience."

The owners kindly offered me an entire cake at a very subsidized price since it was for a good cause, such a generous gesture! I also picked up some food for myself, which was delicious. "I came specifically to try their cronuts. Pleasant bakery with friendly and helpful staff. Cronuts were ok...I've had more flakier ones that are more on the croissant texture than donut. These were more donut which tasted good in flavor but they were not the traditional cronut I'm accustomed to. They were very soft. I will definitely return."
