from Google & Yelp"What a welcoming little Ethiopian coffee shop! Once a market, Dire Coffee opened in 2020. Family-owned, Dire Coffee serves Ethiopian coffee beans in all different ways- black coffee, lattes, and more. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It came out hot and strong. The woman behind the register, who's the wife of the owner, asked how sweet I wanted my latte. She was very kind! To eat, they have a variety of food. I ordered one sambusa and it was filled with lentils. It hit the spot! The space itself is small, but comes with many places to sit. There's a small parking lot out front."
"Had a wonderful time at Dira Cafe today with my friends. Great food, excellent customer service, and a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Best breakfast and brunch spot with delicious coffee and tea. Try it, you won’t regret it!"
"Such a gem! Cannot recommend this place enough! Got a Iced Caramel Latte and a chocolate muffin and 2 samosas. It was so good! Then saw someone recommend Fetira with honey so I got that and another Latte. Fetira with honey is so good. Reminds me of a Korean sweet pancake. 😭 Atmosphere is also amazing and staff was so nice. They also have an ATM, hookah, ria money transfer available."
"I popped in for coffee based on the great reviews, but it’s not the kind of place I would want to sit with a book. More of a quickie fluorescent-lit lunch counter and the air wasn’t fresh. My main complaint is that I spent almost 4 dollars on a tiny cup of black coffee the size of a “short” cup at Starbucks. Also, they don’t have actual American drip coffee so I had to take their espresso style Ethiopian coffee, and it was SO bitter that it actually tastes SOUR. I just wish that when I asked for black coffee The friendly lady would have told me they don’t have American drip coffee. I would’ve gone elsewhere. Not coming back."
"Good coffee, quiet and calm space, and very welcoming hosts. And their Fetira (like a crepe) is delicious! Good spot for families with little kids."
