"I come in here every morning before class to grab coffee. the staff knows me at this point, and we’ve always been friendly. this morning I came in to get my coffee, which you pay for after getting the cup. before i even had the chance to pick up my backpack and go to the counter, several employees yelled at me to “pay for that”. it was upsetting because I would NEVER just walk out with my drink, and i pay every SINGLE morning. i did nothing differently this morning, but the staff who is usually happy to greet me decided to yell at me for no reason instead. i was genuinely shocked and confused to be talked to like that especially when I had done nothing out of the ordinary, and they see me every morning. in fact, a member of the staff has told me before that i don’t need to pay for my coffee, but i insisted anyway because i appreciate the pick me up every morning. it was so embarrassing and upsetting. i paid for the coffee and just threw it away and went home."

"DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is so rude! The bald lady that has like 4 teeth left just SCREAMED at me because I put lemonade in my cup. I have never been disrespected like that in my entire life! Absolutely ridiculous!"

"It's a great food option on campus, and it shows by how BUSY it is. That's really the biggest negative is that it gets overwhelmed during certain times. They used to be out of things often, but that has not been a problem I've noticed lately. The dining area is bright with natural light which I enjoy, and the staff I've interacted with are all friendly, just be understanding that it'll take some time when they are busy."

"Food's good like any Au Bon Pain. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, and pastries. It's a popular place on campus so it does get busy. As of right now it's open late, to 11pm, not sure if that's permanent though. And like most food services at TU, the service is okay, decent at best. Some employees can't be short with customers, rude even. Or often they will more focused on coversation amongst themselves than on the customer. Granted not all are like that, but it seems like a common trend at the dining services at Towson University."

"Good food if you're in a pinch for cheap food. The wait is usually insanely long. I've had to wait on line for 20 minutes before even ordering before. Then another 20 minutes for them to make it. They certainly take their time but what else can you expect from a college dining hall?"
