"We have gone to this Krispy Kreme many times. There is no beating their freshly cooked glazed donuts. Today, we just wanted a quick snack. One Cinnamon bun and one glazed lemon filled donut. Cinnamon bun was good, I posted pictures of the glazed lemon *barely* filled. Very disappointing. Service was great."

"I placed an order of the day before and when I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to pick up my order I was told that the truck was late and they hadn't been able to start making donuts yet. They said come back in about an hour and a half which I did and then I was told that they wouldn't have the donuts for my order until around 12:30 so I came back at 12:30. They did not have my donuts ready at 12:30 and told me it would be a few more hours. I went back just before 6:00 p.m. 10 hours after my order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't made my order. He had to call the manager to confirm that I had an order because he said the orders only stay up for 10 minutes and then they go away. So I received my order finally 10 hours later and no apologies were made. The people were pleasant, but no one apologized, no one gave me anything as a consolation for having to wait 10 hours to receive an order that I paid for the day before."

"I never write reviews but I had to today because Deveoun made my whole experience. I have never had such a good-heart warming service from an establishment. He was so friendly and kind. If upper management is reading this, this man needs a raise and a store himself."

"Had a good experience here. Brought my children in for a little treat. I guess, it's cheaper to purchase a half-dozen donuts vs just purchasing 4, so I was surprised when there were 2 extra donuts in the box. I don't mind saving and order 2 more donuts but I'd like a little heads up next time."

"Unfortunately this Krispy Kreme did not meet my expectations and here is why. Whenever I see a Krispy Kreme I have to stop by because that are that good, however not at this location. I ordered a few razberry jelly filled donuts and they were very very cold. As though they were in a fridge. The Krispy Kreme donut is usually room temperature soft and fresh or hot out of the oven and just amazing. I’ve never had them this cold and not soft. Very disappointed and can not recommend this location."
