"False advertising. Bagel listed as $2.40. Was charged 3.50. $1.10 who cares, but that is almost a 50% discrepancy. This is not fair practice and is against the law. I have always loved this chain. Taking advantage of the public is a deal breaker. Go grab something from Bagel Maineia or another local shop."

"Customer service here is not priority. We are always given attitude when being handed our drinks for no reason. Same one employee is very rude every time I go here. I used to come to this location almost every day now I avoid it because of poor customer service and super long wait times. Drink quality has gone down hill too. I have been handed rushes the last few times that were not mixed and tasted very watered down. Today I ordered a 32oz rush and the girl handed me a 24oz rush I told her I paid for the larger size and he denied that I payed for it even after I showed her my receipt. She than continued to say that she would give me the larger size on the house even though I did pay for it and showed her the receipt. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I would like to add all the other employees are very nice and we enjoy all the other locations but this one employee has ruined it for us."

"The coffee was great. It is a drive through connected to a gas station. The drive through set up was slightly confusing but trust the hand written signs."
