"Found myself in Augusta today needing some caffeine. I’m a frequent Aroma Joes customer to different locations. It’s always hit or miss on the service. The girls working at this specific location were incredibly friendly and quick. They chatted with me for a moment about rush flavors. They asked if I wanted a straw and napkins (which seems so simple, but isn’t always a given!) Smiles from everyone. Very pleasant experience. Deserves a good review."

"Good strong coffee -which is important for a road trip! There are a few aroma Joe's in the area, so I'm guessing this is a local chain (?). For the record, this one is a kiosk and not a cafe although there is space to pull over and sit in your car to drink your coffee or have your snack. For us it was coffee and a little hash brown packet -and we were surprised how good the hash browns were. :-) The two young women working there Sunday night were very nice to interact with; attentive, bright, and when I walked back over to the kiosk wanting a little extra milk after a few sips, they were enthusiastic about helping me. I mention this because it's a refreshing change from so many sullen teenagers who act like service is a chore. Well, sometimes it is; but working in a coffee kiosk this isn't a career choice that you're stuck in forever. I'm guessing it's a summer job and -as someone who is also in service- part of the job is making customers feel comfortable if not outright happy. LoL. Don't forget to tip them!"

"I love Aroma Joe's!! I love that you get to talk to an actual person when you give your order instead of talking into a speaker. Their coffee is consistently good and service is fast. I stop here every morning!"

"The parking lot is not designed so that you can go around as it's a one way to get out after. You've gotten your coffee if you go to the window. Not the best design. I wouldn't go there."
