"Super busy location, granted it was weekend morning so that’s to be expected. Just moved from west coast where Dutch bros is big, this gave similar vibes! I ordered a half sweet iced s’mores latte. Did not like it, too much sweetener. I jumped back in line to see what could be done. Hailey was so sweet and made the moment right making me a beverage I would like and was so sweet showing me the list of flavours and sugar feee. She was super kind and helpful! Made any hiccup minimal."
