from Google & Yelp"A must stop by when you are looking for tea and coffee! They have a large variety of tea to choose from and the lavender latte was delicious. They also have a nitro cold brew coffee which was very smooth. I had the lemon poppyseed scone which I highly recommend! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They jar the roasted coffee beans in can like containers (see image). Very sustainable and welcoming store."
"This coffee shop is the real deal. Best coffee in town, probably in Maine, definitely competitive with anywhere I've ever been. The owners live coffee, know coffee inside out from the farmers and production process to roasting and brewing it up so dang deliciously that it really delights my heart. And they're awesome--go in there and talk to them because they are genuinely great people doing it for all the right reasons and in all the right ways. Very glad I stopped in for that awesome cup of Oaxacan coffee yesterday. Ill be back next week for the Peruvian :) Bless the coffee, ty Madre Tierra!"
"LOVE the compostable paper cups for iced drinks!!! --- Excellent coffee! Very reasonable prices. The only detractors for me were the lack of seating, and the service was relaxed but not necessarily friendly. I'm giving 4 stars anyways because those things can easily change."
"Cute place, great coffee. They’ll discuss it with you if you’re interested. Love that they hand out cafe mugs if you’re having a hot drink there. Some of the terminology begs translation. For example, a Kyoto Drip is iced, not drip. They’ll do pour through (and recommend beans for you, which is awesome) but it’s not on the menu. I like it better than Reverie or those other places because it’s way more coffee-focused. Been wanting a spot like this in town, and I’m glad they’re here."
"I enjoyed their home-roasted coffee, and the service was super-friendly. I also gave 5 stars for the food, even though they only had two options - I chose a blueberry scone, which was fresh and loaded with blueberries. Note the interior is small, and the only seating is a bench under the window."
"The Tern roasts their own beans. That's impressive. Low impact electric roasting, in fact, and fully recyclable packaging options. Really cool...."
