from Google"Great service. Roll a cocktail is a fun way to try something unique. I rolled whiskey, sweet and herbal. The bartender made me something unique. House peppercorn infused rye, raspberry liquor lemon juice served in a glass with rosemary smoke. Sounds like something an influencer would do but it was awesome."
"Is it a bar? Is it a coffee shop? Is it a restaurant? It’s all of that! This James Beard “Best New Bar” award winner is a must-go for anyone visiting or cruising through Brunswick. Part-Owner, Connor, shared the cool story of how good friends and roommates came together to create The Abbey, which is based on many casual dinner parties they had over the recent years. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The food was incredibly delicious and creatively presented, piping hot. Last but not least, the cocktails were fantastic, with all mixers house-made. Love it here."
"I LOVE that there is a piano, and that a professor from Brunswick College comes and plays or brings students to play on Sundays from Jazz brunch!!! How cool is that? The menu is extensive, and you can order anything at all, all day!!! I saw MEM tea, lots of games, and seating of all kinds (couches turned to lounge and talk, tables, etc). The stain glasses window effect is gorgeous!!!"
"Stopped by for a quick coffee run on our way to Portland from Acadia and wasn’t expecting much lattes rarely impress me these days. But I decided to try the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and I have to say, it totally changed my mind. Smooth, flavorful, and just the right strength. The service was warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect stop. Highly recommend if you’re passing through!"
"Initially went across the street and that restaurant’s kitchen was closed at 8:45 despite saying 10:00 online. Almost went to McDonald’s and so glad I came to The Abbey instead! I had the balila and chorizo dished both were amazing, a perfect hearty fall meal. My drink was excellent as well. Thank you!!"
