from Google"Great shop/market for picking up a few items for your stay in the Kennebunkport area. Besides a limited assortment of convenience store items (like: milk, cereal, juice, wine, coffee, etc.), there is also a grill and deli, as well as fresh bakery and batista style coffee. The food isn't cheap, but remember, you're in Kennebunkport, so it's reasonable by local standards. The staff is very helpful and friendly. and be sure to try one of their freshly made breakfast sandwiches. They're excellent!"
"I regret posting reviews that aren’t positive, but in this case, so many things were wrong. We stopped in for a coffee and a hot chocolate, then we were deciding on what to eat. The gent was pleasant enough, he said let him know what we want. Then disappeared. He was very nice I’d say, but after waiting more than enough time, I had to go up to the cashier, and saw him drinking something behind the counter, and couldn’t get his attention. So I asked then young lady at the counter if I could order a hot chocolate and coffee, and a chicken salad sandwich. She was also very pleasant and came over to the coffee bar to make the hot chocolate. Sadly it was very watery. No matter. Blueberry coffee was great. Then we waited about ten minutes for the chicken salad sandwich. None came, so I went to the counter and asked the man running the cash machine and he went to ask the cooks. A pizza chef said “I don’t know”, but I could see my order slip was clipped to the counter. I was told by yet another lady that she would make it. In the meantime, both my first server and the cashier males were busy eating. There was one young lady working really hard, and two chefs, but the other two guys, well they had their food, but didn’t give the impression that customer service was a priority. Though we had a table, the sandwich was brought in a bag, and the lady then asked if we wanted plates. Yes. We do. The chicken salad was not skimpy, but very salty. I thought it was good but as of an hour and a half ago, I’m home now with some pretty bad indigestion that smells like chicken salad. I hate to gripe, my record of reviews stand for themselves. But this was really a poor experience on the level of service and the food. Maybe an off day. There’s definitely an organizational issue here."
"First time in Kennebuck for the tree lighting ceremony! Town population quadrupled in size! Ordered food online with est wait time. Cooks were very busy and food was ready at appropriate time as indicated by app. Added ham to the Bodega burrito and added ham for a small additional charge. Not sure to expect and pleasantly surprised by the potion size and quality ingredients! I could actually tell you what was in the burrito by simply opening the tortilla. Delicious food and very wonderful service. Location also serves coffee and small general store has very reasonable prices comparable to large retailers despite the load on the town for the seasonal experience. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!"
"Well our tour guide failed to mention that all the restaurants were either closed for season or not open for another 30 minutes to an hour. Being with a tour, not much time to eat. So a local shop recommended Kport Provisions. What a great little store!! We all had clam chowder which was delicious!! Cup was $8.95 and bowl was $13.95. Well worth it. I wish I could get chowder like this all the time!!! They have to many other sandwiches, wraps, salads, burgers, small bakery and as they call it, Morning Cravings. It also appeared the locals frequent this place as they were in and out and ordering food. This is the kind of old school store that I miss!!! If you’re in the area at least walk in and see what they have, you’ll buy something, trust me!!"
"Delighted to have this shop come to Lower Village, especially for its food to go options. The quality is top notch and consistent. Favorites thus far? The best tuna melt I’ve ever had. The best breakfast sandwich in town. And tonight? Shared a ham and Gruyère sandwich along with a perfect salad. Keep up the great work!"
