"Giving 5 stars because the Wife and I come here often to grab an AJ Rush. and with an exception of the last few months, the service was always top notch. Recently however, it feels like we are inconveniencing the employees by being there. Today was the third time in a row we requested light ice, and didn't get light ice. I don't complain about much, but when the 32 oz cup is full from bottom to top in ice, I'm not getting my money's worth. I have to wonder if it's a store policy to do this. I'll still come here, but I will be more direct about the light ice issue going forward."

"The workers are amazing and always seem to enjoy each other and what they’re doing! I’ve had a few drinks messed up but always happy to fix them to my liking! They also know how to pick good music, always got myself and my child dancing while we’re in line! Great job!!"

"Aroma Joes is always my favorite, and this one in Lewiston has become the only stop available on my way to work. But the quality is just not like the others. I stop by every day and no one makes even the tinyist attempt to recognize me or my order. It's been 6 months. The girls always seem pissed off and they are super inconsistent. My sandwiches are always all screwed up, but today's takes the cake. Update, the quality of the food prep is better, but the speed is abysmal. It took 19 minutes to get a rush and sandwich this morning. With only 2 cars in line. 0 focus from the staff and no prioritization."

"Almost every time I go to this aromas they screw up my drink, which is a simple iced coffee with almond milk. Spending that kind of money in this economy for the wrong thing is unacceptable. I have even asked them to remake my iced coffee with almond milk and it's horrible. It's either dairy milk or 3/4 almond milk and a splash of coffee. I have pictures for receipts. I will NOT ever go back to this one!"

"Everytime I go here it’s an issue with extreme attitude from the employees. I ask for something and I’m charged for something else. When I ask to get it fixed its eye rolls, attitude and window slamming. I’m over coming to this store anymore because it’s always a fight to get spoken nicely to and heard to make sure my order is correct."
