"Got to window to order our coffees and the cashier-barista-whatever you want to call her acted like she was in a total rush, was not listening to us while we spoke. Finally got the order in, got to the other window, and was informed my coffee syrup is out. No big deal, asked for a different one. Before I could finish speaking, she slammed the window shut and took off. Then came getting our drinks. The gentleman who came to window was definitely under the influence of marijuana, snapped at me when I asked if my coffee was stirred, then proceeded to mumble something under his breath and slammed the window shut. I can understand being busy, I can understand Staffing shortages if that was the case, but no way possible is that level of rudeness acceptable, especially when customer service is your job. We go to Aroma Joe's when we go out and about all over the state but hands down, this one is the worst based off of customer service. Either the both of them need more training in customer service, or they need employment in a different field of work. Being stoned at work and having an attitude is NOT the way to run a business. Would not reccomend anyone go to this Aroma Joe's, and head to a different location. Was on 12/30/25 3pm."

"whatever new workers they got suck. i get aroma joes all the time but this location does not taste good anymore and manages to make all the drinks wrong. got a blue hawaiian and they just put in however many pumps and whatever flavor into it. my drinks never tasted so bad"

"This was almost my first time going, and I had no idea what I was going to get. Kind of panic picked a sparkling lemonade, and my friend got a handcrafted soda. Both were very bubbly, and not too sweet. I'll definitely be going back!"

"Painfully slow. The line always takes much longer than any other aroma joes or Dunkin. The staff is more interested in gossiping with each other than taking orders or being friendly to customers. They also frequently refuse walk up customers, but then when I go through the drive through with my Chevy 3500 they tell me I should have walked up to the window instead. The worst aroma joes I’ve ever been to."

"Everytime I’ve tried to call to ask a question about a menu item before placing an order nobody answers the phone and it rings for minutes on end. I get it’s busy but to have the best customer service it’s also nice to answer the phone :)"
