"Not everyone has access to the app right away and on sept 29th a co worker told me I could get a free coffee until October 5th. I went to this location on 30th and the nice barista was afraid of being accused of stealing from aroma joes so she couldn’t honor the deal for me and provide customer service. This is a corporate issue. I’m not happy with this company and the app is not user friendly plus now that I’m being intimidated to use the app to get the deal I’m going to skip aroma joes for a while. The whole experience was borderline traumatizing."
