"I absolutely love our Winslow girls. It's SO GREAT to see their faces just about every morning. Always ready to serve. Sometimes there's only the one gal in there. Even alone she rocks the shop and keeps it following. She needs a raise and better teammates to open with. I switched from Dunkin (die hard) to AJ's. Even after getting flack from the GM for using the AJ app to order to go. I guess it's still considered "Door Dash" even though I'm ordering it from their app and for myself, I have to go inside to pick it up. Although it could've been explained nicer to me, (Because I don't go through Door Dash . So I didn't understand. And the follow up emails where still a little rude.) I can't fault all the ladies for one mans lack of understanding and empathy. I still go daily just about."
"Every time I go there they mess my drink up, I order a 20 oz and I get charged for a 24 oz. The girl with the blue hair gave my husband a hard time the other day, because the credit card machine was screwing up. We went this morning at the drive thru,the girl took my order and we waited for quite awhile, everyone else was getting there drinks but me, so I finally got out of the truck, walked around the truck up to the window, knocked on the window, the girl came over and I said I would like my drink, she said oh you didn’t get it. There was at least 3 girls in the store, we were sitting at the window waiting. Well I will not go back there again, they are so unorganized."
"Been going to this place since they opened.also made sure this is where my employees went.keep the buisness in our local area.the staff for the most part are very friendly.but some of us are on pressed time for work.we show up early to make time but lately there spending time talking as we're waiting to order.and not busy at all.but takes 20 min to receive that one coffee.at the Sametime people in drive through also waiting to order,then only to get the orders wrong not once but almost daily? Sorry but can't no longer support this.been going to waterville for the past month and am very happy.we all expect to wait but not 20 min when place is empty."
"Ordered a drink and paid with card. They gave me a little device to enter a tip amount and I tried to hit enter to do no tip but it didn’t work. I sat there for a solid minute and a half fidgeting with this little contraption while the girl stared at me awkwardly, the machine letting out an obnoxious beep every time I tried to get past the screen. Pay your employees better. No need to charge me $7 for 35 cents worth of syrup and make me pay your employees too. I eventually gave up and tipped $0.01. Drink was mid but my girlfriend loved it"
