CELL PHONES. One of the most common downfalls for businesses. Employees are to place their cell phones in a box, on the counter. No cell phones during work. "This culvers used to be great. Don't got here past 6pm or they will just get a simple order wrong. A couple of days ago I ordered a burger with only cheese and ketchup and they added mustard onto it. This time I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for a pub burger and cheese burger with only ketchup, get home just to discover both burgers are wrong. The cheese burger has lettuce, mayo, onion, and tomato and the pub burger only had onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard and tomato."
