"Apparently their definition of good service is messing up the order, blaming the customer, and doing a lot of physical finger pointing. This was supposed to be vanilla bean but is clearly caramel swirl. Horrible service and overpriced to boot. Will not be coming back."

"Glad to see Latte Factory open up here. I was hoping to find a new coffee place in Briarwood, it’s been a while since we’ve had a coffee shop w unique varieties. I grabbed a hot chocolate and it was exceptionally good. I thoroughly enjoyed! Staff was kind, quick, and respectful. Will be back again! Price point: they don’t have hot coco on menu, so expect to be purchasing a drink closest to a hot chocolate. Register read a latte drink, I was fine with that, but would be nice to have a specific price for a simple non-espresso drink."
