"I love Mindo. It is excellent quality chocolate and has a price that reflects that. I decided to splurge and purchase this chocolate for my parents for Christmas and I unfortunately received the chocolate broken and packaging broken as well. Unfortunately when I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done, I was told there was nothing they could do. I just want to give a word of warning in case anyone else is thinking of ordering product online. Wonderful chocolate, just worth going into the store if you can. Specifically the product I bought were the tasting tiles. Update: They have reached out to me and offered to replace the damaged product. Their customer service has been very helpful and timely with remedying this problem. Truly love this company and its chocolate. I look forward to shopping here in the future."
