"Every single employee is extremely personable. However, the quality of lattes DRAMATICALLY changes based on who's working. My latte today was burnt, 2/3 of the cup (if that), and very much not worth $6.50. This has happened on several occasions. The photo below was before I had even tasted it. I come here several times a week and will now be leaving when I see a particular employee at the register."
