During our initial consultation, Alyce was extremely helpful in guiding us through the many design options and hand-sketched the most beautiful cake that perfectly captured our wedding style and vision. The tasting box that they put together for us was absolutely delicious, and my husband and I had the best time picking out flavors from their many offerings and recommendations before finally deciding on their vanilla chiffon cake with lemon curd and raspberry buttercream. We really wanted to incorporate fresh floral arrangements on our cake, and the Zingerman’s Bakehouse team worked seamlessly with our florist to coordinate the design and set-up. "This is an amazing bakery that always has a great stock of bread, cakes, and other treats! They also have a fantastic vegan chocolate cake that is one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever had and also has a surprisingly long shelf life. Their bread is another highlight, based on the quality you would think they would be priced up more but the pricing alone makes this a compelling option and alternative to store bought bread. With their variety of breads they have you should have no problem discovering a new favorite! That staff is also very friendly and helpful. They manage to get through big lines and are still pleasant and welcoming with their vibes. If you’re ever in the Ann Arbor area, this is a place you need to check out!
