"Amazing coffee. I walked in and it looked like Starbucks so I was afraid the coffee would be just as bad. I was wrong; it tasted great. There were almond, soy, and oat milk options. Coffee, latte, frappe styles are good but cappuccino was not good and is not recommended. The customer service was wonderful. The atmosphere was calming. My only complaint would be the cleaning chemicals smell a little too strong if I can smell them past the coffee. I decided against ordering the food because it looked like stale fast food pastries. Little bit pricier than the chains around us but worth it for an occasional nice cup of coffee made fast. Seems like a good place to set up the laptop if my Wi-Fi goes out."

"A conveient location off Southfield & 13 makes for an easy in and out. The atmosphere is bright, contemporary, & clean. With plenty of seating it’s not hard to find a free spot, although it’s less cozy and has a fishbowl layout; it reminds me of a coffee shop you’d find in a busy airport that’s focused around convenience more than comfort. For the coffee & dessert I sampled it felt on par with an open breakfast lounge you’d find at a chain hotel like Holiday Inn Express. My dessert wasn’t that fresh, but acceptable. I ordered a drip coffee that was just ok. Maybe their barista options are better. I didn’t have a bad experience by any means, however my standard for coffee isn’t the same. Customer service is great...very friendly and helpful. Based on the reviews I read, I was expecting higher end and not a fast food ux. Vo’s is more middle of the road and handy if you need something quick. Prices are similar to Starbucks and other chains, but the quality was lower…closer to Tim Horton’s or Dunkin’ donuts for reference (which I enjoy on the go)."

"My wife and I went before our TJmaxx trip to grab some coffee. Because you need coffee for a TJmaxx trip! The service was fast and the coffee was delicious. Portions were large too! I got an Iced Caramel Latte and my wife got a vanilla latte. It’s also super cozy inside. Wonderful!"

"The drinks were really good! We got a strawberry fruit frappe and the Matcha latte. The atmosphere is so cute and would be a great place to relax or study! The lady making our drinks was also really sweet. 10/10 recommend."

"Delicious lattes and y love the iced Chai latte. Baked goods are also yummy. And the clean, pleasant atmosphere makes for a very enjoyable treat. The woman who has waited on us is always very pleasant and helpful."
