"We are grateful for the customer service as new comers to Scooters. I have the app and a profile which I utilize frequently. However, lately my drinks have not been the best quality. Coffees and teas are watered down and the taste isn’t good at all. When we ask for a replacement we were told once that they cannot accept the drink back and told another day that I had to give the matcha and get a replacement, so confusion there on the policy. Ultimately, we’ve given it about 4 additional tries and still no luck of a satisfying drink taste wise. We will sadly move forward."

"The staff is always welcoming here. I don't get anything complicated in terms of coffee but a well done black coffee at a drive through is a rarity indeed. My dog loves coming along for the pup cup and the friendly staff. Overall a great addition to the area."
