"I was able to find a product my daughter had been wanting to try. Double Cream so perfect! The store reminded me of the stores in the area I grew up in then I seen it was 3 levels! With old elevator I thought was for show until I seen someone step off of it. The samples were amazing the shops had an eclectic variety of items for reasonable prices. "I've loved this place since I was a kid, but today I am upset. I went in, got my order, and I asked for receipt. The cashier couldn't get the debit card portable machine to print. She reloaded it and the machine jammed. I waited patiently, said sorry, smiled...and ALL I GOT WAS DISRESPECT AND EYE ROLLS. I even apologized again when it finally printed and said have a good day to her. All she did was eye roll and huff. Why did I need to be the bad person in this situation when the companys machine messed up? It really makes me wonder, if your employees have an issue with something that isn't the customers fault or control, how far do they get go disrespecting a customer? Furthermore, why does it matter, why as a shift worker do you care if you have to take 1 minute extra with a person when there's multiple cashier's. Just so disappointing. I don't want to share any private info, but I have the employees photo and would like to be contacted about this before sharing personal information"
