"I posted the same review on DoorDash because this how unsatisfied I am. 1st time ordering and I definitely will NOT be EVER again. I have no idea what this place is doing, or how they are running the place. It's clear they rushed the order because they sent my fiancée some fries that were harder than a cinder block. On top of that, the ground beef was undercooked and clearly still pink. To make matters even worse, there was literally a piece of plastic in the food and the portion size was extremely small for what I paid. Freshness is not a thing at this disgusting place and I'd recommend getting food from anywhere else. -10/10."

"I have been coming to this Coney Island for as long as I remember, when DoorDash became a thing I even supported them on there with zero problems but today after over 5 years of eating here I’m done. I’m never ordering here again after facing the most unprofessional service. On their DoorDash they have a tab for “Grandy’s dinner” and I always get the 6 piece chicken strip dinner with chili cheese fries. I ordered the same thing today and was met with the most difficult person (check photos). All I wanted was some comfort food after working since the AM’s. I will miss the very sweet white woman who always called me sweetheart. Thats all I have to say. Food is great but their service is terrible through DoorDash."
