"I went to Godrey Rooftop Lounge to celebrate my 44th birthday with close friends and it was such a vibe🔥Very grown & sexy mixed crowd with awesome views of the city! They offer small plates like caviar, beef sliders, roasted cauliflower bites (pictured below- they were delicious!) & Mediterranean Mezza Charcuterie board (pic below- so good!) - so you can definitely fill your belly while enjoying one of their specialty cocktails. The drinks were strong with such a beautiful presentation❤️ 10/10- would highly recommend IO Rooftop Lounge for date night, birthday or Girls Night."

"Lovely atmosphere with skilled bartenders and craft cocktails. I recommend the appetizers at the bar, while overlooking parts of the cityscape. We will be returning with friends again, soon."

"We were disappointed with our initial experience at the rooftop bar. The drinks did not meet our expectations and were not prepared correctly. Both beverages had a low-quality flavor and taste. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to go to the bar area to ask the bartender to make our drinks, which took an additional 10 minutes, totaling 30 minutes. Given the rooftop bar's location in one of Detroit's best hotels, we were surprised by the poor service and drinks. The atmosphere was very pleasant with a nice view of downtown Detroit."

"Not so sure about the service or food because I only attended a rooftop event and it was beautiful the views are amazing there are two sections, one for eating the other side for music and dancing. When there is an event you either have to be on the guest list or you can also purchase a ticket to attend. I was on the guest list so I'm not sure how you would purchase tickets. love the windows and views you get from this hotel. The hotel itself is what I would call a Great Gatsby's vibe era. Its dark glamour is beautiful"

"Food could have more selections. But other than that it’s beautiful. Great views. Good light music. Nice wine. Nice ambiance. Just eat before you get here if you’re hungry."
