The smoked chicken is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and their Caesar salad is my favorite in the city. Also, the baked Alaska with rotating sorbet flavors is too good!"

"We went to Marrow in the Market on Friday evening to celebrate our friend Jimmy’s 60th birthday. We originally planned on ordering the “Tour of the Market” tasting menu we saw online, but when we arrived, we were told it was no longer available. That could have been disappointing, but instead, it turned into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Our server, Celeste, offered to curate the meal for us and she would make the choices, two of us happily agreed. She asked about allergies, guided the wine for the table (absolutely nailed it), and even brought out a pre-dinner drink so we could toast the birthday. From that point on, we were in her hands and she delivered flawlessly. The progression was thoughtful and delicious: • Sourdough bread du jour • Market bacon • Charred broccoli and mushroom medley • Beautifully prepared picanha And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the meal closed with a key lime crème brûlée followed by a perfect double espresso the kind of finish that makes you sit back, smile, and realize how good the night just was. Every course felt intentional, balanced, and perfectly timed. More importantly, we felt genuinely taken care of. Celeste’s confidence, instincts, and warmth turned what could have been a small disappointment into a standout celebration. We left happier than we could have imagined and already talking about when we’re coming back. Huge thanks to Celeste and the entire team for reminding us what great hospitality looks like."

"Ate various items from around the menu, everything was excellent. The Cesar salad and smoked chicken stood out. I'll also go back for the pichana steak and tallow fries. This is like a "greatest hits" sort of menu with everything being delivered at a very high level. Our waitress was also excellent. The second floor space feels private and atypical for a restaurant. Very intimate and warm. Yes!"
