It happened to be a Thursday night so we went to the pop-up location. We had a spice rubbed rainbow trout that was served with grilled peaches and a green salad with golden berries, and a nice vinaigrette that was clearly homemade. It was exactly what we were looking for. The vibes were super cool with a pit fire, tree trunk to sit on, and they were screening some Indie short films."
