"There's a thing about eastern market. It's alive during the day during market hours and then, it gets quiet. Pocket change was exactly what we were looking for to keep the vibes going! Just on the outskirts of downtown in eastern market. This little high end dive bar keeps dancing. Weekend DJ's and one of the only rooftop bars in the area. The incredible ambiance on the second floor feels like a hidden oasis of what seems to be the biggest spin and twirl of eastern market. I went with a few friends to celebrate a birthday to only feel like we were dancing the night away with the locals of the community. Great cocktails, incredible bar staff.. just ask for a spagett, and you'll feel like one of the locals! They throw pop ups with surrounding vendors and if you need a late night snack the down stairs has some inedible tasty bites."
