"Such a gem of a cafe! We were looking for some good coffee and easy breakfast items before hitting the road and Simply Roasted delivered! The owner was incredibly sweet, service was amazing (and she was BUSY!) and the croissant sandwich was fire!!! Perfect flaky layers and they even have some awesome aioli options, pick your protein, pick your cheese. Latte was made to perfection. Would come here every morning if I could. Check them out!"

The workers there were super friendly and welcoming, and you could even tell that other patrons there were enjoying their time there, it actually feeds positively back on itself in a nice way and makes you want to be there. She made all our sandwiches and coffees and they taste AMAZING. We are from the west side of the state, but next time we are in Detroit we will be making a stop again. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was also beautifully decorated in there and the coffee was very good quality. The food was also delicious.
