"I have been here several times, but my most recent visit will be my last. I ordered two muffins and a Java cooler. I waited for about 15 minutes for my order. Then just as the girl was about to put whipped cream on it, she dropped the whipped dispenser on the floor. The then looked around and proceeded to put the whipped cream on my drink. When she tried to give it to me I explained what I saw and that I don't want it. Then another woman took over and proceeded to re-make it. She got about half way through and apparently forgot about it. After about a half hour of this I asked the woman who was re-makeing my drink for my money back so I could leave. She asked what was wrong. I said I was tired of waiting. She said " no one brought you your order?", I pointed at the blender and said no, it's right there. She shook her head and gave me my money and a half hearted appoligie."
