"Ive been a Biggby barista for years so I almost always know what I want and how it should look and taste. With that being said, the reason being... Per proper training and corporate rules along with a multitude of repetitive signage hung inside every franchise (per corporate orders) I shouldn't be told multiple times that "we eye ball it" when I can visibly see my 24oz triple play is lacking mango. I asked for a remake and the guy was confused. So I kindly said "3-6-9" and he still didn't know what that meant.. I do however LOVE LOVE LOVE the female barista there with the long brown hair. Kind of tall, skinny. I try not to be sassy but y'all are Biggby and as owned and baristas. We get free drinks at our own stores. I drive to your location because it's closer to me and I can shop and have coffee. If y'all can't be consistent with drinks (it's a normal occurrence) It truly is a waste of $7-10 depending on my drink choice."

"The staff is beyond amazing here. Always extremely friendly. I never have issues with my order, the wait time sometimes is a little long. But the good attitudes make it worth it. And not to mention it’s close to home. This is definitely my go to coffee spot."

"Always greeted by upbeat friendly Baristas. They double check my order at the window to ensure I'm getting what I ordered. The owner takes pride in his business and staff and it shows. One of my favorite Biggby locations due to the energy of the Baristas."

"I usually never complain, but it seems as though almost every single time, whether it be myself, or someone else who goes to get our coffee and ask for frozen and continue to get hot coffee which I do not drink. Super disappointing because I love biggby. Too expensive to keep making the same mistake"
