"Coffee is great. App never works for online orders. I have complained endless times. It consistently charges and never sends the order to the store. I have had two issues in a matter of 3 weeks. It is a shame that they don’t fix it. This has been an issue for months. Invest in a better app!"

"This used to be my favorite BIGGBY/coffee drive through, but as seen it’s under new ownership and the customer service has gone down hill. The quality of the drinks are inconsistent but most of all the employees are rude. If you ask absolutely any question related to the coffee or not you’ll be met with eye rolls, attitude and most likely your drink being made incorrectly."
