What People Are Saying

from Google & Yelp

"Friendly service and a great stop on a cold day. Had pizza and flight. My favorite was the witching hour - a stout that has the most velvety texture and almost tastes like a barleywine. the hummingbird confetti sour was interesting - tastes like a cream soda almost. the one that impressed me most was mango hop ipa - this was so fruity and earthy. i know to sucks to have to but i recommend replacing the holders for your flights (or extending the legs on them somehow) especially if you know they are precariously designed. got a 4 pack to go. highly recommend."

"We’ve had Ferndale beers previously, but tonight was our first time visiting them in person, and it was incredible! Zach the manager was super kind and helpful. He gave us great recommendations on beer and food, and everything was absolutely amazing!"

"Lovely atmosphere for a happy hour, team outing or alternative place to WFH during the day. Could even see this being a good place for parents & kids. There were many open tables inside and outside. The food was great - especially the burger and fries. Wasn’t crazy about the pizza but it’s just because I tend to like my square slice a little less deep than this (like comos)."

"Absolutely delicious pizza! Crispy crust and tender fillings with perfect Balance of salty and sweet! The Hazy IPA was perfect with this pizza."

★★★★★

"Short and sweet: food is just ok, too expensive; menu is limited and not in a good way; kids area is dirty; vibes are off. Long and ranty: every time I come here (outside of brunch rush) this place is empty, and I know why! The atmosphere and amenities are catered to families with children, but the prices are catered to DINKs. $4 for kids fries??? The food is really just fine. Good fries, bad “smash” burger (it was not a smash burger) with a greasy bun and had RAW MEAT smeared on it, overly salted ranch, and a major lack of vegetables on the menu. The kids area is great! What would be even better would be a good wipe down / sanitizing spray available, and a hand sanitizer station. Spread love not germs! All in all, this place would be perfect except for the issues outlined above, which is a real shame!!! I’ve been hoping the menu / pricing / sanitation would improve but it’s been the same for years. Here’s hoping there is an overhaul - I want this business to do better and do well! EDIT: I want to make sure to point out these issues have persisted for YEARS, so clearly they are issues the owner / management level, NOT the staff level."

"I stopped by The Ferndale Project on a Thursday afternoon around 2. There were plenty of open seats and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and chill. This..."
