from Google"This review is solely for their bread. Organic, freshly milled sourdough with a big open crumb, tender interior and perfect crust that’s crunchy and full of flavor. It’s probably the best bread in the US."
"We had supper at The Mill last night. The atmosphere and service were wonderful, but the portions are so small and the prices so high I don’t think we will return for a meal. My entree was two very small pieces of fish in a small bowl with a radish sliced on top of it. Price- $48. We went somewhere else for dessert to fill ourselves up. 😆"
"My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was quite honestly, perfect. I still dream about this place, and we stayed over a year ago. It's so homey and the renovation they did is so well done. They have really leaned into the history of the building while having modern amenities. Every morning we were able to get a drink and a baked good for free. It was the PERFECT stay. A lot of people have said it's pricey, but I think it's worth it!! Also the staff is amazing. We will be booking another stay here in the future! 💖"
"The cold drinks are overpriced. I ordered one iced latte, four cookies, two iced teas, and one regular Coke for $45. The iced tea tasted like plain water with ice—definitely not worth the price. I came with my family for refreshments after our wedding photo shoot, and we were asked to pay an additional fee to take pictures inside, even though our visit was simply to enjoy some drinks after a sunny day outdoors. The way this request was made felt a bit rude and uncomfortable, especially in front of other guests. This is not the way to treat a frequent local customer."
"The hotel rooms are fantastic and the connection to the cafe and restaurant is a huge bonus. This property is the absolute best if you have all three rooms as there could be noise from the upstairs. But overall rooms are 5 star and the coffee and pastries are 5 star!!"
